you have to pay a relisting fee every 6 months your property doesn’t sell. With Vistas, you pay the one time fee of $477
and we will list your home for a 2 year listing period!
Weekly Detailed Reports – These reports show everything from house showings and interest on your property to
insight on how your “competition” is doing.
